Diageo brands & Chef Jason Silva have come together to perfectly pair an array of bourbons with an elevated coursed meal highlighting the versatility & depth of flavors from cooking with bacon!

$85 per person. Please purchase ticket based on your entree choice of Bacon Crusted Halibut or Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin.

Doors open at 6:00PM for live music by Good Thomas, Bulleit Bourbon welcome cocktail, bacon charcuterie & cash bar.

Coursed meal begins at 7:00PM .

1st course: Ja-Bacon Me Crazy Salad paired with a sample of Dickel Bourbon 8 year

2nd course: Bison & Bacon Slider Appetizer paired with a sample of Bulleit Bourbon 10 year

3rd course: Bacon Crusted Halibut OR Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin paired with a sample of Blade & Bow Bourbon

4th course: Bacon Apple Crisp & Maple Pecan Ice Cream paired with a sample of IW Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve
