Join us this summer for this FREE family yoga series, sponsored by Triumph, Inc.
Caregivers and children will learning basic yoga postures through story-telling and songs. Families will practice mindfulness and relaxation as well as have fun! Everyone will come away with social and play skills in addition to learning how to be a mindful, less stressed family. Families who attend will go home with a free gift for participating.
