Elf Adventures - Day 31

Can you believe Christmas is just a FEW DAYS AWAY! I am so excited! So VERY excited. I am also very excited that my friend Dress came back to play with me today. She also found this fantastic board game in your playroom. I think it is called Candy Land. Have you played this before? It is so much fun and there is candy in the game so what could be better than that. 

Each night I have been flying back to Santa and telling him what a good kid you are. He is so happy each night that I think it is going to be a really great Christmas. Did you know the Happier Santa is the better the Christmas is? It is true, when Santa’s happy Christmas is great. 

Many kids don’t know this, but I am going to let you in on a little secret. Santa is the happiest when kids are behaving and listening to their parents and teachers. He is also very happy when you keep your room clean and are nice to the people around you (that includes your brother or sister!) It is hard sometimes to be good, kind and to listen, especially when you are so excited for Christmas. It is hard for me too. Christmas is my favorite day, so I want to run around and jump on the couch and mess up all your toys. But if I did that I could ruin Christmas. So even though I want to run around and be crazy I am going to try really hard to sit here and enjoy this game with Dress because Christmas is ALMOST here.
