I feel so rested and accomplished after finding the perfect Christmas Eve cookie recipe yesterday. Santa is going to LOVE the cookie that my family leaves!
I have lots of energy and I want to play a game today. Did you know elves LOVE to play games? It is a surprise that we can create as many toys as we do with all the games we play. We LOVE to play Go Fish, Charades and Marco Polo. But do you know what an elf’s favorite game is? It is Hide and Seek!
Today I want to play hide and seek with you. I hid some candy canes and I want you to find them. Some are easy to find while others are hard. So good luck finding the peppermint treats.
One thing an elf is very proud of is that we are really good helpers. I know you are a good helper too. If your brother or sister needs some help finding a candy you could give them a hint or two. I left enough candy canes to go around so be sure everyone gets at least one.
Oh, and don’t forget to brush your teeth after you eat them. Candy canes are sticky, and you don’t want cavities for Christmas. Even the Grinch doesn’t want that.
